There is a very strong bike culture in Stockholm with dedicated paths for cyclists and areas to park their bikes. Bikes of various makes, models and colour could be seen everywhere.

The weather has started to warm up in Prague and become more stable (i.e., less rain and temperature tantrums). Around this time of year, more tourists visit Prague and the city comes alive.  Restaurants and cafes patrons can often be seen wining and dining outside.  The sun sets later giving everyone much more time to enjoy themselves and relax.

Located in the southern city of Shenzhen, Huanggang Village is bustling with activity during the day and night. Street vendors operate all around the clock into the wee hours of the night. There is a real sense of community for the locals, as there are places to commune during the evenings. Ranging from plazas with big screen TVs where everyone sits around and watches the latest soap operas, to public parks where dancing occurs and badminton is played.

Mongkok in Hong Kong is one of the places to visit for shopping. Whether it’s clothes, shoes or electronics you’re sure to pick up a bargain here.

Amidst the chaos and shuffle of masses of people, there is a organisation.  It all works in its own way.  People somehow don’t collide into one another, everyone gets where they’re going without too much hassle.

Life under the streets in New York. The subway system has been synonymous with violent crime in the past. However in more recent years, it has been cleaned up.  While this is the case, the subway still has its charms and character. The trains are long with multiple carriages and so are the platforms to accomodate for this.

It’s part of an impressive overall system (such as the avenue and street layout) that works in New York.  More photos after the jump.
